Kershaw Shotgun Shell Pocket Knife

This knife is too clever not to mention, especially with the great number of knife enthusiasts that are also gun owners.  The design is quite simple; a shotgun shell shaped handle of wood, with polished brass bolsters that have been formed to look like the cap of the shell. 

The two blades are 2" and the closed length of the knife is 2 5/8".  At a mere 1.2 ounces, this knife is made to be a lightweight carry. 

This Kershaw Model 12GAD knife is not likely to win any design awards at the next Blade or IWA show, but its retail price of only $49.95 and its novelty make it a favorite of hunters.  And if you are look for a gift for a hunter, NRA member or gun collector, then they will appreciate the novel design.  And with its lightweight and cylindrical handle, you will find that this knife will become a nice addition to your pocket.  This knife is a great a handy blade and nice conversation piece for the hunter in your life.
