10th Anniversary William Henry Knife
If the last ten years is any indication of what we should expect from the
William Henry Knife Studio, then knife enthusiasts are in for a real treat.
William Henry has managed to garner 11 separate awards at the Blade show in
Atlanta in just 8 years including the coveted Investor/Collector knife of the
Year honors in 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2006 and 2007. This years winner of
the Investor/Collector award is no doubt special in that it celebrates 10
years of excellence in knifemaking.
This particular Blade winner, the limited edition B10 Decade, is a testament
to William Henry's craftsmanship and eye for artistry. It features an
interframe design, with a Mokume wave patterned frame, and mother of pearl
inserts on the handle. The blade itself is an impressive HRC 67 ZDP-189
waved damascus. The knife comes complete with sapphire button stones,
blued titanium screws, and a reversible pocket clip. The knife has been
made in a limited quantity of only 100, and will no doubt sell quickly due to
the beauty of this knife, William Henry's reputation, the fact that the knife is
marking WH anniversary and due to its recent Blade award.
If you miss out on this wonderful blade, William Henry comes out with an
enviable set of high quality knives each quarter as a part of their Collector's
Only knives. This knife though is special and serious collectors will want
to find the B10 Decade before they end up in the hands of 100 people that will
absolutely not let them go.
Please check back with us frequently, as we will be having a lot more news on
William Henry Knives and other companies that have a legacy of similar
excellence. Thank you WH for a great 10 years.
